BPMN 2.0 ile SÜREÇ TASARIMI UYGULAMALI EĞİTİMİ

BPMN 2.0 süreç modellemede yaygınlaşmaya başlayan bir model ve notasyondur. Giderek artan işbirliği, yeniden kullanılabilirlik, otomasyon ve yazılımda geçerlilik kriterleri sonucu BPMI ve OMG tarafından geliştirilen ve uluslararası kabul gören bir notasyondur. BPMN notasyonu aynı zamanda yazılım ve uygulama katmanında workflow engine platformları ile uyumlu ve BPEL diline dönüştürülebilir çıktılar üretmek için de kullanılır. Bu sayede süreç yönetimi ekipleri tarafından geliştirilen modeller yazılım ekiplerince veya iş akış otomasyonu platformlarınca kolayca kullanılabilir. Tüm iş akış platformları BPMN notasyonu ile geliştirilmiş süreçleri BPEL diline çevrildikten sonra import edebilir ve böylece modeller tüm platformlarda akışa çevrilebilir ve “execute” edilebilir.
Öte yandan süreç notasyonu olarak BPMN kullanan kurumlar ve departmanlar birbirlerinin süreçlerini okuyabilir ve yeniden modellemede sorun yaşamazlar.

BPMN eğitimi bu notasyonun getirdiği tüm kuralların uygulamalı olarak öğretildiği bir programdır.

Metod: %50 Anlatım %50 Uygulama
Uygulama Metod: Örnek BPMN modellemesinin yazılım üzerinde yapılması.
Kullanılan Yazılımlar: ARIS, Ensemble, Visio (Prof), Visual Paradigm, Casewise, BizAgi, Modelio uygulamalarından kurumun seçtiği bir platformda modelleme sınıfta yapıtırılır.
