Türkçe karşılığı Portföy, Program ve Proje Ofisleri (Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices) olan P3O modeli , etkin portföy, program ve proje yönetimini kolaylaştıran ilkeler,süreçler ve tekniklerin birleşiminden oluşan evrensel olarak uygulanabilir bir kılavuzdur.
P3O modeli yapısı , araçları ve teknikleriyle bir organizasyonun doğru proje ve programlara sahip olduğunun emin olunmasına yardımcı olan metodolojidir.İş ve değişim önceliklerinin dengelendiğine , kaynakların ve olanakların doğru ve etkin bir şekilde kullanıldığına emin olmamızı sağlayan bu model tecrübeli eğitmenlerimiz tarafından eğitimimizde açıklanmaktadır.
